How to Order Made to Measure

SASUEL-costume designs’ dresses are specially designed after the clients wishes and desires: from design, choosing the right fabric, crystal and feather decorations, all thoroughly worked to receive the costume of your dreams.

It’s a simple 3 step process:

STEP 1: You choose the design and measurements

In this first stage, we need your ideas. Please fill in the form below with your measurements attached and please make sure that you can provide as many details as you can. After your request is created, you will be contacted by us by e-mail and together will confirm all the details that you provided in the request, like the photos or link that you provided, the budget and the delivery time for your timeless piece.

STEP 2: We deliver the sketches

At this stage we will send you 2-4 of our sketches to choose from, all designed by our experienced designers, to fit your budget and preferred style. Here we can mix and match the details, let us know what you’d like to change or add to finalize the design.

STEP 3: Design confirmation and payment

After confirming that our sketch fits your needs, we will proceed to Step 3, where we’ll draw up an invoice (50% deposit), and the rest after the costume is ready. Photos will be provided before shipment.

How to Shop Ready to Wear

You can  shop  by category ( Women | Ballroom & Latin, Menswear, Boys & Girls| Juveniles & Juniors) using the navigation at the top menu bar.

Click on the image or ‘details’ to access the product detail page for specific information and sizing options for the selected product.

Please note that prices shown are in EURO or RON, including VAT, and for non-EU-nations are shown excluding VAT. Additional shipping costs will be added to your final purchase price at checkout. If you are purchasing outside the EU, prices will be linked to the current exchange rate and displayed in an approximate value. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company or bank processes the transaction.

To add a product to your cart, first select your size and click on ‘Add to cart’. Review the item(s) in your shopping cart. You have the option to delete items by clicking on ‘Remove item’. You may click on ‘Continue shopping’ to continue browsing, or if you are ready to checkout, click on ‘Checkout’.

Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please complete the “Billing Address” form. Make sure you fill out all fields marked with *. If you have already registered with us, simply login using you e-mail address and the password you created for the account.

How long does it take to manufacture a dress/costume?

Depends on the design:

Competition costumes including complex Adult and Junior ballroom and latin dresses take 4-5 weeks, Juvenile dresses between 1-2 weeks, Boys and Menswear items 2-14 days.

If it is urgency, please let us know at the beginning of the collaboration.
In that way we will be able to ensure required delivery time of the product.

Do you ship to other countries as well?

Yes, we ship to locations all around the world via DHL  Express courier. Packages usually arrive to the destination within 1 to 3 working days after postage.

How can I return my order?

Ready to wear items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For each return please contact us before at [email protected]
