Shipping and Delivery

What shipping methods do you use? 

We offer Worldwide delivery via DHL-Express. We also offer delivery via Fan Courier in Romania.

 

What are the shipping costs? 

For products in stock that you purchase with the shopping-cart, shipping costs depend on the size of the order (number of dresses, packaging) and destination, and will be calculated during checkout.

For Made-to-Measure custom orders, we will calculate the shipping cost in the offer that you will receive.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide in all locations covered by DHL Express.

 

How soon will I receive my order?

Our goal is to have your order ready within 10-15 days or less for ready to wear.

For made-to-measure custom orders the duration will depend on the complexity of the designs and materials.

Once the courier picks up your order you should expect the following:

• DHL Express Worldwide shipping within 2-3 business days

• Local shipping in Romania within 1-2 business days

 

Can I track my order’s shipment? 

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders. You will receive an e-mail notification once the tracking number is available, and you will be able to access this tracking number from your MyAccount/Orders section as well.
