How long does it take to manufacture a dress/costume?

This depends on the design and type:

Competition costumes including complex adult and junior ballroom and latin dresses take 4-5 weeks, juvenile dresses between 1-2 weeks, boys and menswear items 2-14 days.

If it is urgent, please let us know at the beginning of the collaboration.
This will help us ensure that we can meet the required delivery time for the product.

How to order MADE TO MEASURE? 

SASUEL – Costume Designs’ dresses are specially designed after the clients wishes and desires: from design, choosing the right fabric, crystal and feather decorations, all thoroughly worked to receive the costume of your dreams.

It’s a simple 3 step process:

STEP 1: You choose the design and measurements

In this first stage, we need your ideas. Please fill the form by clicking to Create Your Own with your personal data and all the measurements listed.

Please make sure to provide as many details as possible in your request.
Once your request is submitted, our team will contact you via email to confirm all the information you’ve provided — including any photos or links, your budget, and the desired delivery time for your timeless piece.

STEP 2: We deliver the sketches

At this stage we will send you 2-4 of our sketches to choose from, all designed by our experienced designers, to fit your budget and preferred style. Here we can mix and match the details, let us know what you’d like to change or add to finalize the design.

STEP 3: Design confirmation and payment

After confirming that our sketch fits your needs, we will proceed to Step 3, where we’ll draw up an invoice (50% deposit), and the rest after the costume is ready. Photos will be provided before shipment.

How to shop our READY TO WEAR selection?

You can shop by category (Women Practice wear, Menswear, Boys and Girls) using the navigation at the top menu bar.

Click on the image or ‘details’ to access the product detail page for specific information and sizing options for the selected product.

Please note that prices shown on our website for EU-nations are including VAT, and for non-EU-nations are shown excluding VAT. Additional shipping costs will be added to your final purchase price at checkout. If you are purchasing outside the EU, prices will be linked to the current exchange rate and displayed in an approximate value. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company or bank processes the transaction.

To add a product to your cart, first select your size and click on ‘Add to cart’. Review the item(s) in your shopping cart. You have the option to delete items by clicking on ‘Remove item’. You may click on ‘Continue shopping’ to continue browsing, or if you are ready to checkout, click on ‘Checkout’.

Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please complete the “Billing Address” form. Make sure you fill out all fields marked with *. If you have already registered with us, simply login using you e-mail address and the password you created for the account.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship to worldwide any country that accepts DHL Express. Packages usually arrive to the destination within 1 to 3 working days after postage.

How can I pay?

We support PayPal and Credit/Debit card payments via Stripe. For more details on payments check our terms and conditions.

Can I return something for a refund?

We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. This includes offering refunds on ready to wear orders in standard sizes*, that meet our returns policy. We accept by default returns within 14 calendar days. Before you return the product please check with us at office@sasuel.com regarding the eligibility of your return.

*Made to measure or personalized items cannot be returned.

How will you handle my private data?

We take private data very seriously. We are a registered with the National GDPR protection agency of Romania and EU and will handle you private details respectfully. At no point will we request any details from you that are not legally required for invoicing and to be able to ship the products safely to you. For further details please check our privacy policy.
